Rosalind Copeland is a 60 year old lady from London who had been suffering from sleep problems for a couple of years. Waking many times during the night and waking early in the morning but not being able to get herself back off to sleep, made her feel tired during the day. When it came to the evening, Rosalind dreaded the thought of going to bed, knowing that she was going to spend the whole night tossing and turning and would be waking early again, feeling shattered.
