How to Make a Purchase

1. Click on the product you would like to purchase.
2. Once you have decided to go ahead, click on "BUY NOW" to see more details on the item.
   
3. Enter the quantity you would like to purchase and size/colour/options (if applicable).  Once you have done this, select the "ADD TO CART" button.  The item/s are placed in your shopping basket which you can view on the far right or click on the link at the top of the website.   You can then "CHECKOUT" at any time.  If you live outside of the UK you can select your address at the checkout.  Clicking on "update shipping cost" will update the final cost including the delivery charge. You will see your order total and if you happy with this, click proceed to checkout or select "Click here to keep shopping".
   
4. You will be asked to log in as either a guest or register your details which is quick and easy and to save you time if you make purchases in the future. Once you have submitted all your details, you can continue to checkout.
   
5. You are shown your order total, and your contact details. At this point you can change or add a new delivery address by clicking on the "modify" link to the right of the screen.
   
6. Step 4 shows the Order confirmation including the product/s you are ordering once more just to make sure all is correct.
7. You can now choose how you wish to pay, either by credit/debit card, Sage Pay, Pay Pal or by sending us a cheque (note that payment will have to be cleared before sending the items out).
   
8. If you have any coupons you may add the code on this page.
9. Select that you agree to our standard Terms and Conditions.
   
10. If paying by card you will now arrive at the Sage Pay secure website where your payment details will be taken. Click on the type of card you wish to use. Enter the details requested and click proceed.
11. Your transaction details now appear on the screen. Click proceed, Sage Pay will now process your payment.
12. You will receive by email, 2 confirmations, one from Sage Pay and one from the Aussie Fleece website.

Pricing

 The price of the goods shall be the quoted price shown on the website or standard price list in force at the time of the order. All prices are inclusive of VAT@20%.  This does not affect your statutory rights.  E & OE apply.

Coupons, Discounts, Gift Vouchers and Special Offers

From time to time voucher codes or discounts may be applied or given for you to use with your order.  Only one voucher code/coupon/discount may be used on any one order.  AussieFleece.co.uk's decision is final on the use of these vouchers/discount codes and may be retracted at any time.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Special gift voucher offer - Recommend a friend or family member to buy from us and you will receive a free £10 Marks and Spencer gift voucher.  Minimum spend is £60incl.vat + delivery.  Simply email us with your name and phone number as well as your friend or family member's name and telephone number and if they order from us we will send you a free gift voucher usually within 28 days.  This special offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other coupon codes/voucher discounts.   Offer starts 1st December 2011 - 31st March 2012.  AussieFleece.co.uk's decision is final on the use of these gift vouchers and may be retracted at any time.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Postage Costs and Delivery

We aim to despatch your order within 2-3 working days however if there is a delay for any reason we will notify you as soon as possible. 
We accept orders from all over the world except Australia and New Zealand.  If there is a problem ordering from countries abroad, please contact us at sales (at) aussiefleece.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 844 272 8888 and we will endevour to help you with your order.

Before placing urgent orders contact sales (at) aussiefleece.co.uk to ensure we can meet your time scale.

UK : Postage is £4.95. Your order is sent by either Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery and should arrive with you within 5 working days, often sooner.

Europe : Postage is £9.95. Your order is sent using International Signed For and should arrive within 10 working days.

Worldwide : Postage starts from £14.95 + handling fee (£5.00). Orders are sent using International Signed for and should arrive within 10 working days depending on customs.   

(Please note if your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Aussiefleece.co.uk advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.  Please also note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.  

Most packages will require a signature on delivery.  If you are unable to sign for your package items sent by Royal Mail will be held at your local sorting office.  Recorded Delivery items will be held for 7 days. Special Delivery & International Signed For will be held for 3 weeks after which time it will be returned to Aussie Fleece and Home Products.  Alternative couriers will leave a relevant card that will inform you of how to have your parcel re-delivered and how long the item will be held before returning to us.

If a package has been returned to Aussie Fleece and Home Products because delivery was not possible the cost of re-sending the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

Note: We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control.  Due to security reasons and courier constraints we also DO NOT ship to PO Box addresses either in the UK or worldwide.

For Christmas Deliveries

We recommend that you order by the 16th December. We will endeavour to dispatch all ‘in stock’ orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.

Order Cancellation / Returns

All products may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.  If goods are returned for refund if you change your mind or you ordered the wrong product, the cost of the postage will be deducted from the refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The product must be returned to us along with a short note giving details of your name, address and the reason for cancellation (this will provide us with valuable feedback).  Postage costs of returning the goods are your responsibility unless it is our error that has caused you to return the goods. Once your returned product has been received in good and re-saleable condition, we will refund you using the same method, which you originally used to pay us. We will not make refunds if products and/or packaging are returned damaged. 

Colour and size variations

As all of our high quality sheepskin products and fleeces are 100% natural there may be colour variations from one item to the next.  This is usually due to the shade levels of the natural raw wool colour before it is dyed. There may also be a variation in size as all the sheepskins are hand trimmed and not every skin is the same shape or size.   If you need to order more than one of the same type of item we will endevour to match colours and sizes as best we can for you. 

Colours on our website may also differ slightly to the actual colours of the products you receive.  We can assure you that you will only receive the highest quality products from Aussiefleece.co.uk.  If you are in any way dissatisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us then please do not hesitate to contact us.  If you are very satisfied (and we are sure you will be!) please do not hesitate to also let us know, either by email or by phone.

Reviews, comments, communications and other content

Users of this website may post reviews, comments and other content; send communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content. AussieFleece.co.uk reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit any content.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you

Health and Safety

Lambskin baby fleeces and pram liners are extremely safe to use however we advise all parents to supervise their babies/infants under the age of 24 months at all times when lying or sitting on one of our lambskin fleeces.   Note: We recommend that babies under the age of 12 months are put on their backs on the fleeces.  If sleeping on them we recommend covering the fleeces with a sheet.  Older infants can lie directly on the fleeces.  AussieFleece.co.uk will not be held responsible for any negligent use or misuse of products purchased from our website.  If you have any queries whatsoever please call us on 0844 272 8888 or write to us at sales (at) aussiefleece.co.uk

Privacy and Security

AussieFleece.co.uk does not receive or process your credit/debit card information. We only process your order.  All card details are dealt with by Sage Pay or PayPal, the secure online payment gateways.

Aussiefleece.co.uk does not pass or sell customers details onto any third party.  We may use your postal address or email address to send you our brochure or details of special offers available from us or from other Impectron Ltd. companies from time to time. If you do not wish to receive our mailings, please specify this when ordering or on our order form.
