Our Surgical Slippers are ideal for those at risk from leg and foot ulcers (especially diabetics). They are particularly useful where there is a need to reduce pressure over an injury, wound or swelling.

Washing Instructions and Care of your Aussie Fleece Sheepskin slippers

Hand or machine wash with a plain liquid soap product. Never use any detergent, bleach or fabric softeners.

The Australian CSIRO have developed a sheepskin shampoo and woolwash with conditioner specifically designed to maintain the comfort and therapeutic properties of sheepskin. We strongly recommend the use of this product which contains in addition, leather conditioners and Tea Tree Oil which has antibacterial properties and is a highly effective against dust mites.

Aussie Fleece Natural GOLD sheepskins can be machine washed at up to 60°C and cool tumble dried or left to dry naturally.

The sheepskins can also be given a periodic brushing to bring up the full density of the wool fibres.

Following these simple care instructions your Aussie Fleece natural sheepskin will give you years of service over hundreds of washings!

      I ordered some Surgical Slippers - Gold for my wife who because of disability cannot wear ordinary shoes or slippers. Your slippers are so comfortable and of such good quality. This is the second pair I have ordered from you, the first pair lasted 3 years. Also the delivery service we received was the best we have had from any company, I ordered on Wednesday afternoon at 4.30pm and they were delivered at 2.15pm on the next day Thursday. The courier company emailed me with a 1 hour time slot when they would deliver and they delivered within that hour.
      Well done Aussie Fleece, exceptional product and service.
