How to Make a Purchase

  1. Click on the product you would like to purchase.
  2. Once you have decided to go ahead, click on "Add to Basket"
  3. Enter on the form, the quantity you would like to purchase. Once you have done this, select the postage level you require (UK, Europe or Worldwide), then click update. You will see your order total and if you happy with this, click proceed to checkout.
  4. You will be asked to log in or if you are using the site for the first time, you will be asked to register. This is quick and easy and to save you time if you make purchases in the future. Once you have submitted your details, you can continue to "Checkout".
  5. You are shown your order total, and your contact details. At this point you can change or add a new delivery address.
  6. The next page shows the product you are ordering once more just to make sure all is correct.
  7. You will now arrive at the Protx secure website where your payment details will be taken. Click on the type of card you wish to use. Enter the details requested and click proceed.
  8. Your transaction details now appear on the screen. Click proceed, Protx will now process your payment.
  9. You will receive by email, 2 confirmations, one from Protx and one from the Aussie Fleece website.

Postage Costs and Delivery

We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days.
We accept orders from all over the world except Australia and New Zealand.

UK : Postage is £4.95. Your order is sent by either Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery and should arrive with you within 5 working days, often sooner.
Europe : Postage is £9.95. Your order is sent using International Signed For and should arrive within 10 working days.
Worldwide : Postage is £14.95. Orders are sent using International Signed for and should arrive within 10 working days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled up to 28 days after delivery. The product must be returned to us along with a short note giving details of your name, address and the reason for cancellation (this will provide us with valuable feedback). Postage costs of returning the goods are your responsibility unless it is our error that has caused you to return the goods. Once your returned product has been received in good condition, we will refund you using the same method, which you originally used to pay us. We will not make refunds if products are returned damaged.

If goods are returned for refund if you change your mind or you order the wrong product, the cost of the postage will be deducted from the refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Privacy and Security

Aussie Fleece and Home Products Ltd does not receive or process your credit/debit card information. We only process your order. All card details are dealt with by Protx the secure online payment gateway.

Aussie Fleece and Home Products Limited does not pass or sell customers details onto any third party. We may use your postal address to send you our brochure or details of special offers available from us. If you do not wish to receive our mailings, please specify this on the order form.
